COOPERATION AGREEMENT
On 21 June 2010, the Rector of PUoT, Academic Jorgaq Kaçani and Vice-Rector Prof. Frederik Premti held a meeting with the Rector Prof. Stavros A. KOUBIAS and Vice-Rector Prof. Dimitrios V. DOUGENIS of the Patra University, Greece. In this case, was signed the cooperation agreement between the two universities.
